Terms of Use/Terms of Service

This is a legally binding agreement between licensee (“you”), and HoneyLab regarding your rights to use HoneyLab's assets/Models from the site under this license. By accessing and using our assets/Models, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

For Assets

These assets can be used on completed avatars for sale.
Assets are only to be used for VRChat/NeosVr/Helios/CVR.
Resale on finished Models are only allowed when including proper credit in description.
My assets are not allowed on free avatars, nitro avatars, public avatars or avatars that cost under $20.
Free assets of $0 cost by HoneyLab are allowed on commercial models, public models and free models.

For Models

Do not claim HoneyLab models as your own or remove any of my watermarks.
Do not redistribute HoneyLab models packages or make public when uploading.
My model's assets cannot be exported out and re-used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
You're welcome to use this model on social media as long as you credit me when posting. ♡
Creating edits of HoneyLab avatars is permitted within Unity. However, it is prohibited to import these models back into Blender, since taking the avatar out of its initial packaging violates the avatar terms of use and the additional creators assets used to make these avatars possible. Avatar optimization and quest conversions are permitted however, provided you are only removing features.

HoneyLab’s license and fair use is only valid if bought from honeylab.store or honeylab.gumroad.com
Textures on finished commercial and private assets/models are allowed to be edited and modified to your personal liking.
You may not reupload, reproduce, redistribute, make available, publish, trade, transmit, or sublicense any of HoneyLab’s assets or models.
HoneyLab does not offer refunds, due to the digital nature of these products all purchases are final. If you run into an issue regarding any product, please contact me though discord, Miriloo#8133, and I'll be happy to help you.

In the event that any of the rules above are broken, you could be subject to the DMCA© and store ban.

How do I credit assets when commercially using for license to be valid?

It's simple! List the asset you used, Creator’s discord or provide a hyperlink on your avatar's product page.

(Example: Bunnysuit - www.honeylab.store)

Material Breach and Injunction

Your use of our 3D digital webstore and materials is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Please be aware that any material breach of these terms may result in irreparable harm to HoneyLab, for which damages would be an inadequate remedy. Therefore, in addition to any other rights and remedies available at law, we reserve the right to seek equitable relief, including both preliminary and permanent injunctions, in the event of such a breach. If such a breach occurs, you waive any requirement for the posting of a bond or other security that HoneyLab may seek in connection with such an injunction.

Please note that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, HoneyLab would be irreparably harmed and may seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief, in the event of any hacking, theft, or misuse of the Site. We take the protection of our intellectual property and the security of our website very seriously, and will take all necessary steps to prevent any such unauthorized activity.
